RISC OS North is THIS WEEKEND!

With RISC OS show-eve almost upon us (that’ll be Friday, folks – the day before the show), Andrew Rawnsley and Richard Brown, who jointly organise the RISC OS North shows, have sent out an announcement/reminder about the upcoming event:

We’re now only a few days away from the first big RISC OS event of 2026 – the RISC OS North Show in Warrington, Saturday 21st March 2026.

The show takes place at the Village Hotel in Warrington, from 10.30am ’til 4.30pm. The hotel has food and drink available from its restaurant and in-house Starbucks franchise. There’s even electric vehicle charging in the carpark.

The hotel has great rail links via Warrington Bank Quay station (North/South) or Warrington Central (East/West).

More details can be found on the RISC OS North website.

The website has been recently updated with this year’s floorplan, final exhibitor list and theatre timetable, so head over there for all the latest news. You’ll also find more travel and accommodation details.

The RISC OS North show is organised by R-Comp & Orpheus Internet, with sponsorship (and a bit of help too) from the Wakefield RISC OS Computer Club. Club members were able to claim free pre-booked tickets, so it’s well worth being a member.

We look forward to seeing you at the show, and sharing the latest RISC OS news and developments with you…

Don’t miss out!

Andrew and Richard
